Our Dial-up Access is a cost-effective, entry-level internet access service.    Dial-up Access is for the home user or small business who does not have the need for speed.  Each Dial-up Access account comes with the following standard features:

·         Up to 5 email accounts

·         25 megabytes of personal web space

·         Content-filtered service available at no extra charge

  Personal High Speeed WirelessAccounts

Our Personal Accounts provide you the means to access the Internet without using any phone lines or cables from the local cable company. This connection to the internet uses wireless, non-line-of-sight, state-of-the-art communications. The connection will always be on so there is no dialing! Additional computers can be connected with no additional internet charge. The personal account has two basic configurations options. WPSH01 which uses the short haul equipment offered by Springnet and WPLH01 which uses the long haul equipment offered by Springnet. Each option is explained below.

WPSH01 - This account is a cost-effective, high speed connection to the Internet using an Ethernet card, wireless modem/antenna. The installation for this configuration requires the mounting of a small antenna on the outside of your structure and a wire running from the antenna to a small plug in power supply and a wire running from the power supply to the computer's Ethernet port. With the wireless modem and antenna option, locations up to threet (3) miles away from our antenna can be serviced. The terrain can affect this option as some locations may be in a valley or blocked by a high ridge. Customers will be evaluated to determine accessibility.

WPLH01 - This account is a cost-effective, high speed connection to the Internet using an Ethernet card, wireless modem/antenna. The installation for this configuration requires the mounting of a small antenna on the outside of your structure and a wire running from the antenna to a small plug in power supply and a wire running from the power supply to the computer's Ethernet port. With the wireless modem and antenna option, locations up to eight (8) miles away from our antenna can be serviced. The terrain can affect this option as some locations may be in a valley or blocked by a high ridge. Customers will be evaluated to determine accessibility.
