This happens because you have a large amount of e-mail trying to be delivered to you and it cannot finish delivery of all of it.

The way you fix that is:

Go to www.mics.net and then click on Web E-mail on the right hand side of the screen.
Type in your username and password in the spaces provided. Your username is the first part of your e-mail address before the @ symbol. (username@mics.net).
Once you log in, you will see your e-mail that is still on the mail server. Look at your mail and see if you see a large message. The size of the mail is listed on the right side. A large file size would be over a few KB.
When you find the large e-mail, click on the box on the far right-hand side of the e-mail and this will select it.
Then click on delete..
And finally, before you exit, click on empty trash. (it is the icon on the upper left-hand side next to the logout button)
